The future explosion in the number of intelligent devices will create a network rich with information that allows machines and people to communicate in new ways. In this presentation, we explore the possibilities of IoT in the areas of inventory management, logistics and supply chain management.
We will also demo how open hardware like Arduino, Raspberry Pi can be used to achieve object to object communication.

Being proactive and managing safety issues well in advance of an actual situation is critical. In this presentation, PwC proposes a mobile-based solution that aims to decrease risks to employees, specifically field workers in remote locations, by improving overall workplace efficiency and safety.

Present an overview on the evolution of IoT, use cases. What is Edge Device Connector processing, a component which connects to any device, collect data, process it, does rules and alerts management and send the data to the target system with limited resources and network bandwidth. Demo of onboarding device, data acquistion, processing, filtering, aggregating it and pushing it to the Cloud Platform based on the rules framework.
