Chandrima Sarkar

PhD Candidate of University of Minnesota, Twin Cities

Chandrima Sarkar Roy is a PhD candidate in the department of computer science at the University of Minnesota. She received her Master’s degree in computer science from Montana State University. Her research interests are developing data mining and machine learning algorithms for large scale data in application domains such as healthcare and social media. She has published numerous papers and a patent in application relevant to her field. She has worked in reputed organizations as a research intern namely, PARC a Xerox company, Allina Health, Cognizant and Masonic Cancer Center. Apart from her research, she also loves travelling and cooking.
