Elizabeth F. H. Phillips

Elizabeth is a DPhil student at Oxford University’s CDT in Cyber Security. She has worked with Oxford’s Cyber Security Group since 2011, working on Identity Security in CyberSpace and Social Network Analysis. Her most recent work includes extracting hierarchical influence from Email Communication & Dark Web Forums and developing a Cyber Skills Framework for South Africa. She has also worked alongside government officials to help design Canada and the UK’s latest Cyber Security policies as one of two students participating in the 2014 Canada-UK Colloquium. Outside of her research, she is the current President of Oxford’s Women in Computing Society.
